Conquering medical depression can be a real challenge for many of 3 million citizens in America suffering from it. However, something which i realized has really made me think again about medical depression.
As you know, medical depression and panic/anxiety attacks are closely related and are very proportional. However, the symptoms of this depression are just that, symptoms, and, nothing else. The psychological effects are immense and can cause many to believe they are literally suffering from panic attacks when they are not.
There are Many different opinions of what floating anxiety is, what it means and what it does. So, i decided to have alook for myself. So, the first thing i did was go to google definitions which exxplained very well as being GAD( Generalized Anxiety Disorder). I then searched the search engine for a doctor specialising in GAD and found somebody (who i will not mention for obvious reasons).
Over the Period of 4 years from which i have studied panic/anxiety attacks I can safely say that you should only use/try Natural Remedies.
Why?
Approximately 1 and half years ago I went into great detail of what is put inside capsule/tablets, and the results were astonishing. Health experts were inserting ingredients which were unnecessary and actually caused more harm than good.
Many people suffering from panic attacks will experience their attacks for various amounts of time. However, the general duration is approximately 10-20 minutes.
So, an average of 15 minutes for each person. out of the 3 million people in America suffering from panic attacks, each person is said to have a different duration, ranging from the rapid ones at 2 minutes each to the longer one being just over 120 minutes. Yep, you heard that right, 2 hours of c0ld sweat, anxious feelings and overwhelming fear. So watch out!
I recently answered somebody’s email regarding medical depression and, it was surprising how many of the symptoms were related to panic attacks. Then 2 weeks later he suffered from his first anxiety attacks which lasted approximately 5 minutes consisting of cold sweat, extreme heartbeats etc…

I got an email approximately 3 hours ago from a person explaining this horrific attack they just had – it was panic attack which was easily identified form the recognizable symptoms noticed earlier.
So, she told me she tensed all her body, muscles etc.. but it just made it worse.
As a former panic attack sufferrer i realise the feelign at the wheel of an approaching panic attack.
For that reason, i have 5 tips to reduce these horrific experiences.
1) Distract Yourself
Dont focus on driving, otherwise you will feel overhwleming fear building up as your heart rate increases. Try to look out at some scenery, the car in front or out of your windscreen to something interesting.
Symptoms of Panic attacks are easily recognized and if 2 or more of these effects are considered to be bothering you then, you should take immediate action or consult a doctor.
Panic attack symptoms include:
- Feelings Of Despair
- Loss Of Sleep
- Feeling Of Terror
- Choking Sensation
- Hyperventilation
- fear of Serious Illness
- Fear of Losing Control
I’m Sure you’ve beein reading around the internet and seen plenty of useful and hopeless medicines and stupid chemicals to stop you panic attacks, however, it doesn’t take all of this rubbush to get rid of them. All you need to do is move your body a bit for some exercise – and that’s it!! Simply do some regular exercise for 2 weeks and you will see amazing differences in the way you react to overwhelming fear.
